My passion for movement started at a very young age. I began dancing at the age of four and have loved moving my body ever since. Movement for me is a way to feel amazing while optimizing my overall health - physical and mental health. After struggling to conceive I realized that putting my health first through proper nutrition, daily movement and mindfulness practices I was able to set myself up for optimal outcomes and after only a month I became pregnant with my first child. Thus, the "feel great in 28" challenge was born!

In this challenge you will learn how to set yourself up for success. You will be given daily challenges that challenge your body and mind. The goal of this challenge is to give you tools to help you feel great both inside and out without a ton of time commitment. As a new mama myself I know how difficult it can be to set time aside to do lengthy challenges; therefore our challenges ONLY be between 5 and 20 minutes long. As we go along you will begin to see the direct impact this challenge has in every aspect of your life!
