Hi I am Nancy
My passion for movement started at a very young age. I began dancing at the age of four and have loved moving my body ever since. Movement for me is a way to feel amazing while optimizing my health (not to mention mental health as well). When I became pregnant for the first time at 39 I realized how important movement was.
Pregnancy is an amazing journey and it is unbelievable what your body can do (I mean growing a human is no small feat). I continued to move throughout my pregnancy and was convinced that I would "bounce back" quickly after my baby was born. However, after my beautiful baby was born I did not bounce back I was dealing with bladder prolapse and diastasis-recti. I had several moments of low-self esteem and hating my new body. I started trying every program out there to "get my body back", however I was uninspired being coached by twenty year olds who either didn't have babies or whose bodies are in a much different place than my 40 year old body. I decided to take my health and wellness back into my own hands and I created this post-pregnancy program. This program is designed with older mama's in mind. Through this program you will begin to love the body you have now, while working toward the body you want! You will receive a nutrition guide, weekly fitness programs, daily check-ins, and a weekly group coaching call.

The online session will be conducted by an experienced coach who is determined to ensure you are successful in our program. Your coach will make sure you are sticking to the plan.
